These terms apply to your use of cultrue.co. By using the site, you agree to them.

What we sell

Cultrue makes trucker hats, t-shirts and crewnecks. Products, colours and prices are shown on this site. Colours on screen may differ slightly from the garment.

Ordering

You can order in two ways. Where the site offers card checkout, you pay on a secure payment page run by Stripe; your order is accepted when payment goes through, and a receipt is emailed to you. You can also order by emailing us; we reply to confirm availability, the total, how to pay and shipping, and an emailed order is accepted only once we confirm it.

We may cancel and fully refund an order — for example if an item has sold out or a price was listed in error.

Returns and exchanges

Our returns and exchanges policy is shown on the payment page before you pay, and applies to your order. For an order placed by email, ask us and we will send it with your confirmation.

Prices and shipping

Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time before your order is placed. Any sales tax that applies is added at checkout. Shipping is free on orders of $70 or more, as shown on the site.

Our content

The words, photographs, logo and designs on this site belong to Cultrue. Please do not copy or reuse them without permission.

Using the site

Please do not misuse the site — for example by trying to disrupt it or gain unauthorized access to it.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, Cultrue is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Davidson County, North Carolina. If something goes wrong, please email us first — we would much rather sort it out with you directly.

Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date above shows when they last changed. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
